• Service years: Used by the Vacation Anniversaries report to determine employee's requiring rate adjustments.
• Vac Pay Rate: Used to calculate Vacation Pay: Vacation Earnings X Rate = Vacation Pay.
• Eligible Vac Hrs: Sets the vacation hours that an employee is eligible for at the corresponding rate. Used to calculate 'Vac Days' Eligible/Taken/Left on the employee's pay screen.
• Eligible Days: Displays 'Eligible Vac Hrs' as days assuming an 8 hour day. (Hrs/8).
• Qualifying Hours: Used for the Hourly Option eligibility calculation as reported on in the Vacation Pay YTD Accrual Report.
